Description
TMB/H2O2 (Tetramethyl benzidine/Hydrogen Peroxide) is a
chromogenic substrate for enzyme Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP).
This substrate produces an insoluble reaction product which deposits bluish precipitates on the immobilized HRP in membrane applications. The reagent supplied is light yellow having
10X concentration. Dilute required amount at 1:10 ratio in distilled water just before use.
