Description
The StepUp™ 50 bp DNA ladder consists of 20 bands of double stranded DNA fragments ranging from 50-1000 bp with size increment of 50 bp. These are suitable for sizing of DNA fragments generated by PCR, restriction digestion etc., separated on agarose gel. 500 bp band is spiked as reference point for easy detection.
Storage: -20°C.
Storage Conditions:
Supplied in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 10 mM EDTA.
