Single Tube Nested PCR Kit for White Spot Syndrome Virus (WSSV) detection is based on innovative single tube nested PCR technique. In this assay both the first and the nested PCR steps are performed within one PCR run in the same reaction vial. The assay can indicate the degree of severity of infection.
