Directions :

  1. Suspend 43.41 gms of powder in 950 ml distilled/purified water.
    2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for one minute to completely dissolve the medium.
    3. Autoclave at 15 lbs pressure at 121 °C for 15 minutes.
    4. Cool to 45-50°C.
    5. If desired,add 5.0%v/v sterile defibrinated sheep blood.
    6. If desired,add rehydrated contents of Vitamin k1 supplement (34326) and CNA supplement (64078).
    7. Mix well and dispense as desired.
