  Description:
Markers are accompanied with BioLIt SafeDye Stain. This is a safe nucleic acid stain for the detection of double stranded DNA, single-stranded DNA and RNA in Agarose gels. This dye replaces Ethidium Bromide (toxic, potential mutagen) for visualisation of DNA or RNA in Agarose gel.It is as sensitive as Ethidium Bromide and it is used in the same way as Ethidium Bromide in Agarose gel electrophoresis.
Marker 1 is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 100 to,600 base pairs. The ladder consists of 6 linear double-stranded fragments. The 400 bp fragment is of increased intensity to allow easy identification.
