Directions :
- Aseptically add 10 ml of sterile 0.2N Sodium Hydroxide to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and dispense as desired.
3. Add 10 ml (1 vial) of Rosolic Acid Supplement to 990 ml of M-FC Agar Base (52295) or M-FC Broth Base (76439).
