Lambda PstI Digest Marker is supplied as a ready-to- load preparation that contains 1µg/10µl. PstII digestion of lambda DNA generates 29 fragments (in Kb) 11.5,5.0,4.7,4.5, 2.8,2.5, 2.4, 2.4, 1.9,1.7,1.1, and 1.0 are visible. If a UV transilluminator with low sensitivity is used for detecting the DNA marker, visualizing the smallest fragments (0.22 and 0.11 kb) might require a 20 µl load. | | |
