PP Membrane Cap - with PTFE permeable foil - DURAN -"DIN-thread GL.25/These caps can be used for all bottles with GL 45 thread and has a hole bored in the centre and a welded-in 0.2 µm PTFE foil.They are temperature resistant upto 140 °C and an extremely quick 2-way pressure compensation from 0.1 bar. These are especially suitable for filling - packing - transporting and storing gas - generating media - storing critical substances and in various biotechnological applications. To autoclave media in laboratory bottles - the membrane cap - unlike ordinary caps - is screwed tightly on to the bottles and there is no need for screwing and unscrewing the cap before or after the autoclaving process."
