Composition :

Directions :
- Add 15.00 gm powder to 1000 ml distilled/deionized water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool to 45-50°C.
5. Asptecially add desired carbohydrate solution 5-10%v/v of medium, Mix well.
6. Dispersed in sterile test tubes containing inverted Durham`s tubes.
