Applications :
Used for the selective isolation of clostridium perfringens.
Composition :
| Kanamycin Sulphate | 6.00 mg/vial |
| Polymixin B | 15,000 IU/vial |
Directions :
- Aseptically add 2 ml of sterile distilled water to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and pour in petriplates.
3. Add 2 ml (1 vial) of Perfringens S.F.P. supplement to 475 ml of Perfringens Agar Base (T.S.C/S.F.P.) or S.F.P. Agar Base (11580) along with 25 ml of egg yolk emulsion.
