PCR Master Mix Kit (2X)

DESCRIPTION:

The kit contains premixed and ready to use reagents such as Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, standard reaction buffer, stabilizers and an easy to track blue loading dye. The inclusion of tracking dye allows direct loading & analysis of PCR products by agarose gel electrophoresis following PCR amplification. The kit also contains a DNA ladder which can be use to identify the DNA product amplified using the marker. The ladder comes with 100 bp size. The PCR Master Mix is supplied at a 2X concentration to accommodate the addition of Magnesium chloride, additives like BSA, DMSO, glycerol etc. It should be stored at -20-degree Celsius for long term use and activity of an enzyme. Avoid frequent freeze and thaw to maintain the stability of polymerase. The mastermix provides 100 reactions sets for amplication of the target template.
