DESCRIPTION:

Isolation of human genomic DNA by a fast and convenient protocol is important for the purpose of human identity, disease detection, etc. Subsequently, standard PCR-based amplification of genes/ fragments can be achieved using the isolated DNA. The kit demonstrates a non-invasive isolation protocol of human genomic DNA followed by PCR for amplification of an interferon gene (500 bp). The kit contains enough reagents for conducting 20 experiments.
