Applications :
Used for the selective isolation of yeasts and moulds.

Oxytetracycline
50.00 mg/vial
Directions :
- Aseptically add 5 ml of sterile distilled water to 1 vial.
2. Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and pour in petriplates.
3. Add 5 ml (1 vial) of Oxytetra selective supplement to 500 ml of Oxytetra Glucose Yeast Extract Agar (13566), Oxytetra Glucose Yeast Extract Agar w/Biotin, ChroMed OGYE Agar Base (I)(90219).
