Directions :

Add 60.00 gm powder to 1.0 litre distilled/deionized water and mix thoroughly.

Gently heat and bring to boiling.

Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.

Cool to 45-50 °C and aseptically add 10ml of 1% TTC solution (55052).

Mix well and dispense into sterile test tubes.
