Tergitol-7 : 0.10 gm/lit.
Bromothymol Blue :0.05 gm/lit.
Agar :16.00 gm/lit.
TTC solution : -
pH at 25°C : 7.2 ± 0.2
Composition :
TTC Solution-2,3,5- Triphenyltetrazolium chloride :0.1 gm
D/W : 10 ml
Mix well and filter sterilize.
Storage : Store between 8-25°C.
Notes

Directions :
1. Add 57.15 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3.Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
5. Cool to 45-50°C and add 2.5 ml of 1% 2,3,5 Triphenyl Tetrazolium Chloride (TTC).

Applications :
Used for selective isolation and enumeration of coliforms in water by membrane filter method.
