NaCl : 5.00 gm/lit.
Lecithin : 0.70 gm/lit.
Polysorbate 80 :5.00 gm/lit.
Agar : 15.00 gm/lit.
pH at 25 °C : 7.3 ± 0.2
Storage : Store between 8-25 °C.
Notes
  Directions :

1.Add 45.7 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2.Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3.Heat gently and bring to boiling.
4.Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.

Applications:
For use in the microbial content test of water soluble cosmetic products.Also used for determining the efficiency of sanitization of containers,equipment and environmental surfaces.
