  Organisms :
1.Escherichia coli ATCC 25922
2.Salmonella serotype Cholerasuis ATCC 12011
3.Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923
4.Enterobacter aerogenes ATCC 13048
Directions :
1.Add 80.15 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2.Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3.Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4.Distribute into tubes containing an inverted Durham tube.
5.Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Applications :
For the selective isolation and cultivation of coliforms in milk and water from large samples.
