Directions :
1. Add 55.37 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Applications :
For the isolation and differentiation of enteric bacteria, on the basis of lactose fermentation and also for isolation of
fecal streptococci.
