Directions :
1.Add 12.0 ml glycerol to 600.0 ml distilled/deionized water.
2.Add 37.24 gm powder to above solution and mix well.
3.Gently heat while stirring and bring to boiling.
4.Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.Cool to 50°C.
5.Aseptically add 1.0 liter of homogenized whole egg.
6.Mix thoroughly,and distribute in screw-capped tubes.
7.Place tubes in slanted position and inspissate at 85°C (moist heat) for 45 minutes.
