Description
Low Range DNA Ruler Plus contains 16 bands of double stranded linear DNA fragments ranging from 100 bp to 3 kb. These are suitable for sizing of DNA fragments generated by PCR, restriction digestion etc., separated on agarose gel. The 600 bp and 1000 bp are spiked as reference point for easy detection.
Storage Conditions:
Supplied in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 10 mM EDTA.
