Isolation/purification of Immunoglobulins by protein A affinity is followed regularly for purification of antibodies prior to its use in immunological techniques directly or to prepare immunological
reagents. This kit demonstrates easy and rapid purification of IgG from serum and checking its purity on reduced polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE).
