G2P RealTime GreenR™ PCR Master Mix 2X is a ready-to-use qPCR reagent optimized for routine and high-sensitivity assays on real-time platforms that do not require a ROX reference dye. It contains a proprietary GreenR™ dye — developed in collaboration with CSIR-CDRI and Biotech Desk — for superior signal clarity and quantitation.

The mix includes a high-fidelity DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, buffer, and dH2O in a 2X format — ideal for quantifying gDNA, cDNA, or plasmids. It supports both absolute and relative quantification methods, and is suitable for use with Bio-Rad, Qiagen, and similar systems.

• Store at –20°C; stable for up to 1 year
• Recommended input: 10–100 ng gDNA or 1–10 ng cDNA/plasmid
• Requires activation: 95°C for 5 min (or 10 min for GC-rich templates)
• Use in non-ROX instruments (Bio-Rad, Qiagen, etc.)
