  Description:
The new range of DNA markers are specially prepared as ready-to-load fluorescent markers. The flurobronze DNA marker 4 contains in addition to the tracking dye, a non-carcinogenic nucleic acid stain. The marker should be loaded onto an agaorse gel (of appropriate concentration) containing no fluorescent dye. The stain contained in the marker replaces ethidium bromide, thus eliminating its addition to the gel.Marker 4 is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 500 to 15,000 base pairs. The ladder consists of 6 linear double-stranded fragments. The 2500 bp fragment is of increased intensity to allow easy identification.
