| | Applications:
Used for the selective isolation and cultivation of Enterococci.
Composition:
Nalidixic Acid : 25.00 mg/vial
Thallium acetate : 200.00 mg/vial
Directions:
1) Aseptically add 5 ml of sterile 0.2N sodium hydroxide to 1 vial.
2) Mix well and aseptially add sterile cooled media at 40-45°C and pour in petriplates.
3) Add 5ml (1 vial) of Entreococcus selective supplement to 100 ml of MUD SF Broth alongwith sterile 1% TTC solution. | |
