Used for the selective enrichment of Enterobacteriaceae in pharmaceutical testing according to harmonized methods.
Composition:
Ingredients: gm/lt.
Pancreatic digest of gelatin : 10.00
Dextrose : 5.00
Dehydrated ox bile : 20.00
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate : 2.00
Disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate : 8.00
Brilliant Green : 0.015
Directions:
1. Add 45.01 gm powder to 1.0 liter of distilled/deionized water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat at 1000C for 30 minutes.
3. Cool rapidly in cold water.
4. Dispense in test tubes or flasks,as desired.
