Methylene Blue : 0.065 gm/lit.
pH at 25 °C : 7.2 ± 0.2
Notes
  Directions :
1.Add 22.5 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2.Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3.Heat gently and bring to boiling.
4.Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Applications:
For the differentiation of Gram-negative enteric bacteria from clinical and non-clinical specimens.
