Notes
  Directions :
1.Add 33.0 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2.Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3.Heat gently and bring to boiling.
4.Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
Applications:
For the differentiation of pathogenic and non-pathogenic staphylococci.
