Directions :
1. Add 17.00 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3.Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4.Add 1% Polysorbate-80,if required.
5. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121 degree C for 15 minutes.
Applications :
For the chlamydospore production by Candida albicans and maintenance medium for fungal stock cultures.
