Soya peptone : 5.00
Dextrose : 10.00
Monopotassium phosphate : 1.00
Magnesium sulfate : 0.50
Agar : 20.00
Rose Bengal : 0.035
Directions:
1. Add 36.54 gm powder to 1000 ml distilled/deionized water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling .
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 1210C for 15 minutes.
4. Cool to 450C. If desired add 35µg of Chlortetracycline per ml of medium.Mix well. | |
