Directions :
1.Add 42.5 gm powder to distilled/deionised water.
2.Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3.Gently heat until boiling.
4.Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
5.Cool to 45-50°C.Aseptically add 50.0 ml of sterile, defibrinated sheep blood.
Applications :
For the isolation and cultivation of fastidious and non-fastidious microorganisms.
