Composition:
D-Cycloserine : 250.00 mg/vial
Cefoxitin : 8.00 mg/vial
Directions:
1) Aseptically add 2ml of sterile distilled water to 1 vial.
2) Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and pour in pertriplates.
3) Add 2ml (1 vial) of supplement to 500 ml of Clostridium Difficile Agar Base. | |
