Dextrose : 20.00
Chloramphenicol : 0.10
Agar : 14.90

Directions:
1. Add 40.00 gm powder to 1.0 liter of distilled/deionized water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.

Note: Chloramphenicol is a potent carcinogen and must be handled with care so as to avoid inhalation or contact with skin.
