Composition:
Ingredients : gm/lt.
Peptic digest of animal tissue : 10.00
Beef extract (ex. buffalo) : 10.00
Cetrimide : 0.30
Sodium chloride : 5.00

Directions:
1. Add 25.30 gm powder to 1.0 liter of distilled/deionized water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Dispense into tubes.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
