Notes
  Applications:
Made from Veg.based ingredients ; it is used for the selective cultivation and identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Composition:
Ingredients : gm/lt.
Veg. Peptone : 20.00
Magnesium chloride : 1.40
Potassium sulphate : 10.00
Cetrimide : 0.30
Agar : 15.00

Directions:
1. Add 46.70 gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/deionized water, containing 10.0 ml glycerol.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. If desired,add rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Nalidixic Selective supplement (67124).
