Potassium sulphate : 10.00
Cetrimide : 0.30
Agar : 13.60

Directions:
1. Add 10.0 ml of glycerol to distilled/deionized water.
2. Add 45.30 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
3. Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
4. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
5. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes
