Directions :
1. Add 41.10 gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/deionized water and mix thoroughly.
2. Bring volume to 1.0 litre and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
