Disodium hydrogen phosphate : 7.23
Sodium chloride : 4.30
Directions:
1. Add 16.09 gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/deionized water and mix thoroughly.
2. If desired, add 0.1 to 1%w/v Polysorbate 20 or 80.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
