Directions :
1.Add 25.50 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2.Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 20 minutes.
Applications :
Used for pre-enrichment of injured Salmonella species from foods, before selective enrichment and isolation.
