Applications:
A pre-enrichment medium for the isolation of Salmonella species, especially injured microorganisms from food sources.
Composition:
Ingredients : gm/lt.
Sodium chloride : 5.00
Peptone : 10.00
Disodium phosphate : 3.50
Dihydrogen potassium phosphate : 1.50

Directions:
1. Add 20.00 gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/deionized water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Dispense into test tubes.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
