Sodium chloride : 5.00
Peptic digest of animal tissue : 10.00
Dextrose : 2.00
Disodium phosphate : 2.50
Directions:
1. Add 37.00 gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/deionized water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Dispense into test tubes.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes. | |
