Used for the selective isolation of Bordetella species.
Composition:
Cephalexin : 20.00 mg/vial
Directions :
1) Add 2ml of sterile distilled water aseptically to 1 vial.
2) Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and pour in sterile petriplates.
3) Add 2 ml (1 vial) of supplement in 500 ml of Charcoal Agar(58323), Bordet Gengou Agar Base (85308), Charcoal Agar w/Niacin. | |
