Description:
This 2X master mix is a convenient prepmix used for real-time PCR. Contains all components except for primer, template and water. This reagent is applicable for intercalation assay with FluroGreen dye which is similar to SYBR Green I with CAR reference dye at a final concentration of 50nM.
