Composition:
Gentamicin : 50.00mg/vial
Directions:
1) Aseptically add 5ml of sterile distilled water to 1 vial.
2) Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and pour in sterile petriplates.
3) Add 5ml (1 vial) of supplement in 500 ml of Bacteroides Bile Esculin Agar Base. | |
