Ingredients : gm/lt.
L-Glutamic acid : 4.00
Citric acid : 2.00
Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate : 0.50
Ferric ammonium citrate : 0.50
Magnesium sulphate : 0.50
Directions:
1. Add 7.50 gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/deionized water containing 20.0 gms Glycerol and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Autoclave at 121°C at 15 psi pressure for 15 minutes.
