Composition:
Sulphamethazine - 50.00 mg/vial
Directions:
1) Aseptically add 5ml of sterile 0.01N Sodium Hydroxide to 1 vial.
2) Mix well and aseptically add to sterile cooled media at 45-50°C and pour into sterile petri plates.
3) Add 5.0 ml of supplement to 1000 ml of Baird-Parker Agar, Base (24562), (50222). | |
