Composition:
Ingredients : gm/lt.
DL- Asparagine : 2.00
L-Proline : 1.00
Dipotassium phosphate, anhydrous : 1.00
Magnesium sulphate : 0.50
Potassium sulphate : 10.00
Directions:
1. Add 14.50 gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/deionized water containing 25.0 ml ethanol and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Dispense into test tubes.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
