Directions :
1.Add 25.5 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2.Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3.Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4.Distribute into tubes or flasks.
5.Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15minutes.

Applications :
For use as a base layer in antibiotic assay testing.
