Methylene Blue:0.002 gm/lit.
Agar:20.0 gm/lit.
pH at 25 °C : 7.2 ± 0.2

Directions :
1.Add 58.002 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2.Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3.Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4.Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.

Applications :
For the cultivation of anaerobic bacteria, especially Clostridium species
