Ammonium phosphate : 1.00 gm/lit.
Dextrose : 10.00 gm/lit.
Magnesium sulfate : 0.20 gm/lit.
Potassium chloride : 0.20 gm/lit.
Bromocresol Purple : 0.05 gm/lit.
Agar :15.00 gm/lit.
pH at 25 °C : 7.0 ± 0.2
Storage : Store between 8-25 °C.

Micrococcus luteus ATCC 10240

Directions :
1.Add 26.45 gm powder to distilled/deionized water.
2.Bring volume to 1.0 liter and mix thoroughly.
3.Gently heat and bring to boiling.
4.Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 10 minutes.

Applications :
For the detection of microorganisms that can use ammonium phosphate as nitrogen source.
