Composition:
Ingredients : gm/lt.
Yeast extract : 5.00
Enzymatic hydrolysate of casein : 15.00
Dextrose : 5.50
Sodium chloride : 2.50
L-Cystine : 0.50
Sodium thioglycollate : 0.50

Directions:

1. Add 29.00 gm powder to 1.0 liter distilled/deionized water and mix thoroughly.
2. Gently heat and bring to boiling.
3. Dispense into test tubes.
4. Autoclave at 15 psi pressure at 121°C for 15 minutes.
